Use the Housekeeping Dashboard
The housekeeping dashboard gives managers a quick view of room readiness, staff workload, room requests, tasks, and operational follow-up.
Quick Reference

Before You Start
- You need manager access to HOME.
- Rooms, room types, and sections should already be configured.
- Staff should be active and assigned to the correct housekeeping team.
Review the Dashboard
- Open HOME and go to the dashboard.
- Check room readiness counts against expected arrivals.
- Review open tasks, room requests, Lost & Found records, and DM Log items.
- Open any card that needs action.
- Reassign or follow up on work before the next operational checkpoint.
Operational Checks
- Use the dashboard at shift start to find urgent gaps.
- Use the room queue for detailed room readiness work.
- Use reports when you need historical performance or handover data.
Troubleshooting
Dashboard numbers look wrong
What you see: Counts do not match what staff expect.
Do this:
- Refresh the dashboard.
- Check selected property, date, and filters.
- Open the related detail page, such as room queue or tasks.
- Confirm staff updated the room or task status.
