Use the Task Board
The task board tracks operational work that needs an owner, status, due time, and completion record.
Quick Reference
| Area | What It Means | What To Do |

Before You Start
- Staff members must exist and have the correct role.
- Task types should be configured.
- Rooms should be configured if tasks are room-based.
Work From the Task Board
- Go to HOME -> Tasks.
- Review open tasks by date, status, owner, or room.
- Select a task to view details.
- Assign or reassign the owner if needed.
- Update status as work progresses.
- Add notes when staff need handover context.
- Close the task when the work is complete.
Manager Checks
- Review overdue tasks first.
- Confirm high-priority tasks have an owner.
- Reassign tasks when staff workload changes.
- Use reports for repeated delays or missed tasks.
Troubleshooting
Task is not visible to staff
What you see: A manager creates a task, but staff cannot see it.
Do this:
- Confirm the task has the correct owner or team.
- Check filters on the staff view.
- Confirm the task date and room are correct.
- Confirm staff access and role.
