This change log includes user-facing features and improvements only. It does not include security updates, bug fixes, data corrections, dependency updates, deployment changes, or internal engineering work.

  • Auto Assign can redistribute unstarted rooms - HOME room assignment now lets supervisors choose whether Auto Assign handles only available jobs or returns eligible unstarted rooms to the pool before balancing the workload.

  • GEP amenity search now jumps to the matching request - Guests can search Request Amenities, choose a suggestion, and jump to the matching amenity with a brief highlight; the search can also be cleared directly.

  • Send optional allergy details to Pegasus POS - Catalogue V3 now copies the Allergy (Optional) guest form field into Pegasus POS as Allergy when the guest provides a value.
  • Show only the cleaning levels guests need - Clean Room settings can independently show or hide Touch Up, Light, and Full options while keeping one option available.
  • Facilities and Things To Do controls stay available while guests browse - GEP keeps the header, category controls, and search available as guests scroll through long Facilities and Things To Do pages.
  • Clear shift warnings only after successful work - HOME now records shift activity only after successful actions, so the inactivity warning clears when a staff action completes successfully instead of on failed attempts.

  • Match offline payment labels to the catalogue language - Catalogue V3 now treats the default-language custom offline label as the matching key while still allowing translated guest-facing labels.
  • Let guests switch Hotel Info and Things To Do languages - HOME guest homepage settings can now surface language selectors for Hotel Info and Things To Do so guests can switch section copy in the configured languages.
  • Build room rosters faster and recover failed saves - HOME room assignment now uses a two-panel staff picker with bulk add, shows inactivity prompts for long shifts, and offers downloadable network diagnostics when a save fails.

  • Put Request Amenities tabs in your preferred order - HOME guest homepage settings now let managers control the order of Request Amenities tabs so guests see those assistance options in the intended sequence.

  • Show miscellaneous tasks in each staff member's language - HOME task configuration now resolves miscellaneous assistance content from the staff language first, then the current language, with English as fallback.

  • GEP images now lazy-load in guest pages - HOME now lazy-loads configurable guest images so guest pages can display faster.

  • Stop invalid guest form values at checkout - Catalogue V3 now validates guest form submissions against the configured field types and option values before the order is placed.
  • Catch invalid required fields before publishing guest forms - Catalogue V3 now keeps display-only and disabled guest form fields non-mandatory and checks selection values against the configured options.

  • Send membership numbers to the POS - Catalogue V3 now accepts either Furama First membership field label and passes the submitted value to POS as the member number when it is present.
  • Choose Pegasus account types during POS setup - Catalogue V3 now supports Pegasus account type ID and account type name for non-legacy POS setups.
  • Room status updates now continue into room-ready sync - HOME now forwards qualifying OPERA room status updates and queue room events into the room-ready workflow after the queue item syncs.

  • Show translated notices to catalogue guests - Managers can enable a guest-facing notice banner on Catalogue V3 catalogues and include translated title, description, and an optional image.

  • Keep protected OPERA rooms closed until you sync them - HOME can keep inspection-driven room status changes local when OPERA OOS protection is enabled, then sync them to OPERA later.

  • Create turndown assignments for multiple rooms at once - HOME managers can create turndown assignments in bulk for eligible occupied rooms when turndown assignment is enabled.

How Updates Are Selected​

  • Each entry must come from a source change merged into a configured product repository default branch.
