Before You Start

  • Confirm the date range and property before reviewing results.

Review Efficiency

  1. Go to HOME -> Reports -> Efficiency.
  2. Select the date range.
  3. Apply staff, section, room type, or status filters if needed.
  4. Compare completed work with expected workload.
  5. Open related room assignment or room status pages when a number looks wrong.

Review History

  1. Go to HOME -> Reports -> History.
  2. Search or filter for the room, staff member, or date being reviewed.
  3. Compare the history entry with the current room or task state.
  4. Use the history record for handover or support review.

Review SR/DND Data

  1. Go to HOME -> Reports -> SR/DND.
  2. Select the date range.
  3. Review service request and do-not-disturb records that affect room readiness.
  4. Follow up with housekeeping or the duty manager when a record changes the shift plan.

Review Inspections

  1. Go to HOME -> Inspection.
  2. Review open, in-progress, or completed inspection records.
  3. Open an inspection when failed items or notes need manager follow-up.
  4. Confirm follow-up tasks are created when inspection issues require work after the inspection.

When you open a record with a saved checklist, the checklist appears first, so you can start reviewing immediately.

Maintain Inspection Templates

  1. Go to HOME -> Inspection Template.
  2. Review existing templates before editing standards.
  3. Add or update inspection sections and checklist items.
  4. Save changes before staff start the next inspection cycle.
  5. Tell staff when template changes affect what they must check.

Troubleshooting

  4. Ask another manager to open the same report.

Inspection item is missing

What you see: Staff cannot find an inspection item they expected.

Do this:

  1. Check the inspection template.
  2. Confirm the template was saved before the inspection started.
  3. Confirm staff are opening the correct inspection record.
  4. Update the template only after confirming the property standard.
