Before You Start
- Facilities and slots should be configured.
- Staff should understand booking statuses.
- Managers should confirm who can edit or confirm bookings.
Review Bookings
- Go to Facility Booking -> Bookings.
- Select the date range or facility filter.
- Review booking time, guest, facility, status, and notes.
- Open any booking that needs action.
- Update the booking or follow up with the guest according to policy.
Choose a Booking View
The booking page supports multiple views. Staff should use the view that matches the operational task:
- Calendar: Plan across dates.
- Daily: Run current-day slot operations.
- Summary: Check booking counts across a date range.
- Card: Scan booking records in a compact layout.
The page may remember the last selected view. If staff see an unexpected layout, switch view mode before troubleshooting missing bookings.
