Review Notifications
- Open Facility Booking.
- Check the notification area or notifications page.
- Open unread items first.
- Follow the notification link or open the related booking.
- Update the booking if action is required.
Troubleshooting
Staff do not receive booking notifications
What you see: Bookings are created, but staff do not see alerts.
Do this:
- Confirm browser notifications are allowed.
- Confirm staff is logged into the correct property.
- Confirm staff has access to Facility Booking.
- Check whether the booking appears in the booking list.
