Facility Booking logs help managers and support teams understand booking changes, staff actions, notification history, and troubleshooting context.

Review Logs From a Booking
- Open the booking detail.
- Open the logs modal.
- Review log date, username, and message.
- Compare the log with booking status, payment status, and guest details.
- Capture the relevant log details when escalating.
Review the Logs List
- Go to Facility Booking -> Logs.
- Select the date range.
- Search by booking, staff user, facility, or keyword where available.
- Review pagination for older entries.
- Open the related booking if more context is needed.
Troubleshooting
Expected log is missing
What you see: A manager expects a booking change to appear in logs, but cannot find it.
Do this:
- Check the date range.
- Clear search filters.
- Search by booking ID, guest, staff user, or facility.
- Check the booking logs modal and the Facility logs list.
- Escalate with the booking ID and approximate change time.
