  2. Check filters, date ranges, and selected property.
  3. Ask another staff member with the same role to try the workflow.
  4. Ask a manager to try the workflow if the staff member may not have access.
  5. Capture the exact time and visible message.

Escalate Immediately If

  • A workflow blocks check-in, housekeeping turnover, facility bookings, or paid orders.
  • Multiple staff members cannot log in.
  • Guests cannot complete a booking, request, or order.
  • Reports or exports are missing data needed for daily handover.
