- Ask a manager to try the workflow if the staff member may not have access.
- Capture the exact time and visible message.

Escalate Immediately If
- A workflow blocks check-in, housekeeping turnover, facility bookings, or paid orders.
- Multiple staff members cannot log in.
- Guests cannot complete a booking, request, or order.
- Reports or exports are missing data needed for daily handover.
