Create and Manage Catalogues
A catalogue is the top-level collection that guests browse before selecting items.

Before You Start
- Confirm the catalogue purpose.
- Confirm categories and items that will belong to it.
- Confirm operating hours and payment requirements.
Create a Catalogue
- Go to Catalogue V3 -> Catalogues.
- Click Create.
- Enter the catalogue name, description, and guest-facing details.
- Configure visibility and basic settings.
- Save the catalogue.
- Add categories and items before publishing to guests.
Manage an Existing Catalogue
- Open the catalogue list.
- Select the catalogue.
- Update visible details, settings, or active state.
- Save changes.
- Confirm the guest-facing flow shows the expected content.
Troubleshooting
Catalogue does not appear for guests
What you see: Staff created a catalogue, but guests cannot open it.
Do this:
- Confirm the catalogue is active and visible.
- Confirm it has active categories and items.
- Confirm operating hours allow the current time.
- Confirm required guest-facing fields are filled.
