Use the GEP Dashboard and Activity Settings
Use this guide to check the Guest Experience Platform dashboard for a property and configure how Assistance and Facility activities appear and behave for guests.
Quick Reference
| Area | What It Does | What To Check |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard > Guest Experience Platform | Opens the Guest Experience Platform dashboard view. | The property has access to the dashboard through its enabled modules. |
| GEP activity | Shows guest activity, including AI guest requests when the feature is in use. | Review the request details and send the work to the responsible team. |
| Settings > Guest Homepage > Activity (tab) > Assistance (tab) | Controls the guest-facing label and behavior for an assistance activity. | The label makes the guest action clear and matches the service the property offers. |
| Settings > Guest Homepage > Activity (tab) > Facility (tab) | Controls the guest-facing label and behavior for a facility activity. | The label and guest path match the intended facility experience. |
Before You Start
- Confirm you are working in the correct property.
- Confirm the property has the required module enabled.
- Agree the guest-facing wording and the intended Assistance or Facility activity before making changes.
- Confirm the related Assistance or Facility Booking setup is ready before sending guests to that activity.
Open the GEP Dashboard
- Select the property you need to review.
- Go to Dashboard > Guest Experience Platform.
- Review the dashboard view for that property.
The GEP activity view can include guest assistance requests started through AI voice assistance. Review the request details and follow the property's normal task-handling process.
Dashboard access depends on the selected property's enabled modules. This page is a dashboard view, not the place to configure guest activities.
Configure an Assistance Activity
- Go to Settings > Guest Homepage > Activity (tab) > Assistance (tab).
- Select the assistance activity you need to review.
- Update the guest-facing label and behavior to match the service the property wants guests to use.
- Save the change.
- Test the activity from the guest-facing page and confirm guests see the intended label and assistance path.
Use clear, action-focused labels so guests understand when an activity starts an assistance request.
Configure a Facility Activity
- Go to Settings > Guest Homepage > Activity (tab) > Facility (tab).
- Select the facility activity you need to review.
- Update the guest-facing label and behavior to match the facility experience the property wants to offer.
- Save the change.
- Test the activity from the guest-facing page and confirm guests see the intended label and facility path.
Before publishing a Facility activity, make sure the related facility is ready for guests in Facility Booking.

- Confirm whether the activity is configured under Assistance or Facility.
- Review the guest-facing label and behavior.
- Save the corrected configuration and test it from the guest-facing page.
- For Facility activities, confirm the related Facility Booking setup is ready.
Still Stuck?
Contact support if the dashboard should be available for the property but is missing, or if a saved activity does not show the expected guest-facing behavior. Include the property, activity type, and a screenshot of what you see.
