Schedule Recurring Tasks

Scheduled tasks help managers create recurring work without manually creating the same task every day or shift.

Before You Start

  • Task types should be configured.
  • Staff or team ownership should be clear.
  • Managers should confirm the repeat pattern before go-live.

Create a Scheduled Task

  1. Go to HOME -> Tasks or the scheduled task configuration area.
  2. Create a new scheduled task.
  3. Select task type, owner, location, priority, and notes.
  4. Set the schedule or repeat rule.
  5. Save the scheduled task.
  6. Confirm the task appears when the schedule runs.

Troubleshooting

Scheduled task did not appear

What you see: Staff expected a recurring task, but it was not created.

Do this:

  1. Confirm the scheduled task is active.
  2. Check the schedule date and time.
  3. Confirm the owner or team is still active.
  4. Confirm filters are not hiding the generated task.
