Auto-Assign Tasks
Auto-assignment helps managers send tasks to the right staff member or team based on configured rules.
Quick Reference
| Rule Area | What It Controls | What To Check |
|---|---|---|
| Task type | Which tasks can be auto-assigned. | Rule matches the intended task type. |
| Staff or team | Who can receive the task. | Staff are active and available. |
| Location or section | Where the task applies. | Room, section, or area is mapped correctly. |
| Fallback | What happens when no owner matches. | Managers know how to handle unassigned tasks. |
