Create, Edit, and Confirm Bookings

Staff can create or update bookings when guests book through staff, call the property, or need changes to an existing reservation.

Before You Start

  • Confirm the facility is available.
  • Confirm guest details.
  • Confirm any payment or approval requirement.
  • Confirm the staff member can edit bookings.

Create a Booking

  1. Go to Facility Booking -> Bookings.
  2. Choose the facility or activity.
  3. Select the booking date and slot.
  4. Enter guest details and notes.
  5. Review availability and capacity.
  6. Save or confirm the booking according to the workflow.

Edit or Confirm a Booking

  1. Open the booking from the booking list.
  2. Review guest, date, slot, facility, and status.
  3. Update allowed fields.
  4. Confirm the booking if confirmation is required.
  5. Save changes.
  6. Confirm the booking list shows the updated status.

Troubleshooting

Booking cannot be confirmed

What you see: Staff cannot complete the confirmation step.

Do this:

  1. Check whether required guest fields are missing.
  2. Confirm the slot is still available.
  3. Check payment status if the booking requires payment.
  4. Confirm the booking is not expired or cancelled.
