Use this page when staff do not receive expected notifications for requests, tasks, bookings, or operational updates.

What To Check

  1. Confirm the staff member is logged in.
  2. Confirm the selected property is correct.
  3. Confirm browser notifications are allowed.
  4. Confirm the source record exists in the related list.
  5. Confirm staff has access to the module.
  6. Check whether another staff member receives the notification.

Escalate To Support

Contact support if:

  • The record exists but no staff member receives notifications.
  • Notifications stopped for more than one module.
  • Browser permission is allowed but notifications never appear.
