Configure Slots, Capacity, and Date Rules

Slots, capacity, and date rules decide when guests can book and how many bookings the property can accept.

Before You Start

  • Confirm operating hours.
  • Confirm capacity with operations.
  • Confirm blackout dates, maintenance closures, or event restrictions.
  • Confirm whether guests can book same-day.

Configure Availability

  1. Go to Facility Booking -> Facilities.
  2. Open the facility or activity.
  3. Review slot settings.
  4. Add or update available times.
  5. Set capacity for each slot or booking rule.
  6. Add restricted or allowed dates if needed.
  7. Save changes.
  8. Test a date that should be available and a date that should be unavailable.

Troubleshooting

Expected date is unavailable

What you see: A guest or staff member cannot choose a date that should be open.

Do this:

  1. Confirm the facility is active.
  2. Check allowed dates and restricted dates.
  3. Check the booking window.
  4. Check slot capacity for the selected date.
  5. Confirm the selected time has not already reached capacity.
