Configure Slots, Capacity, and Date Rules
Slots, capacity, and date rules decide when guests can book and how many bookings the property can accept.

Before You Start
- Confirm operating hours.
- Confirm capacity with operations.
- Confirm blackout dates, maintenance closures, or event restrictions.
- Confirm whether guests can book same-day.
Configure Availability
- Go to Facility Booking -> Facilities.
- Open the facility or activity.
- Review slot settings.
- Add or update available times.
- Set capacity for each slot or booking rule.
- Add restricted or allowed dates if needed.
- Save changes.
- Test a date that should be available and a date that should be unavailable.
Troubleshooting
Expected date is unavailable
What you see: A guest or staff member cannot choose a date that should be open.
Do this:
- Confirm the facility is active.
- Check allowed dates and restricted dates.
- Check the booking window.
- Check slot capacity for the selected date.
- Confirm the selected time has not already reached capacity.
