Slots, capacity និង date rules សម្រេចថា guest អាចកក់នៅពេលណា និង property អាចទទួល bookings បានប៉ុន្មាន។

5. បន្ថែម លុប រៀបលំដាប់ និងដាក់ឈ្មោះ slots ជាមួយ start time, end time និង capacity។
6. កំណត់ capacity សម្រាប់ slot នីមួយៗ ឬ booking rule។
7. បន្ថែម restricted ឬ allowed dates ប្រសិនបើចាំបាច់។
8. កំណត់ booking limits និង selling fast threshold។
9. រក្សាទុកការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ។
10. សាកល្បង date ដែលគួរមាន និង date ដែលគួរមិនមាន។

Slot និង Capacity Controls

Slot type	Availability basic all-day ឬ advanced day-specific។	Advanced days ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃបើករបស់ property។
Slot capacity	Capacity សរុបសម្រាប់ slot ដែលអាចកក់បាន។	Capacity បច្ចុប្បន្នគិតបញ្ចូល bookings ដែលមានស្រាប់។
Slot time setup	Slots ដែលមានឈ្មោះ start, end, order និង capacity។	ឈ្មោះ និងពេល slots ច្បាស់សម្រាប់ staff និង guest។
Capacity changes	ការប្តូរ capacity សម្រាប់អនាគត។	Warning បង្ហាញនៅពេល bookings ដែលមានស្រាប់លើស capacity ថ្មី។

Booking Limit Controls

Booking time limitation	No limit, every midnight ឬ per two days ជាមួយ start/end time ស្រេចចិត្ត។	Repeat booking window ត្រូវនឹង policy។
Restricted date range	ចំនួនពេលខាងមុខដែល guest អាចកក់បាន។	Range ត្រូវនឹង policy និង max-range feature limit។
Maximum capacity per booking	Max pax ឬ capacity ដែល guest អាចកក់ម្តង។	ការពារកុំឱ្យ booking មួយប្រើ capacity ច្រើនពេក។
Selling fast threshold	ភាគរយ availability ដែលសម្គាល់ date ថាលក់លឿន។	ប្រើតម្លៃ 0-100 ដែលឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងភាពខ្វះខាតពិត។

ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា

Date ដែលរំពឹងទុកមិនអាចប្រើបាន

អ្វីដែលអ្នកឃើញ: Guest ឬបុគ្គលិកមិនអាចជ្រើស date ដែលគួរតែបើកបាន។

ធ្វើដូចនេះ៖

1. បញ្ជាក់ថា facility active។
2. ពិនិត្យ allowed dates និង restricted dates។
3. ពិនិត្យ booking window។
4. ពិនិត្យ slot capacity សម្រាប់ date ដែលបានជ្រើស។
5. បញ្ជាក់ថា time ដែលបានជ្រើសមិនទាន់ដល់ capacity។

មាន Warning ពេលប្តូរ Capacity

អ្វីដែលអ្នកឃើញ: ការប្តូរ capacity សម្រាប់អនាគតព្រមានថា bookings ដែលមានស្រាប់លើស capacity ថ្មី។

ធ្វើដូចនេះ៖

1. ពិនិត្យ date ដែលរងផលប៉ះពាល់។
2. ប្រៀបធៀប bookings បច្ចុប្បន្នជាមួយ capacity ដែលស្នើ។
3. សម្រេចថាត្រូវរក្សាទុក កំណត់ពេលឡើងវិញ ឬបោះបង់ bookings ដែលមានស្រាប់តាម policy។
4. រក្សាទុក capacity ទាបជាងនេះ លុះត្រាតែ operations អនុម័តផលប៉ះពាល់។

Guest អាចកក់កន្លែងច្រើនពេក

អ្វីដែលអ្នកឃើញ: Guest ម្នាក់អាចកក់ pax ឬ capacity ច្រើនជាងការរំពឹង។

ធ្វើដូចនេះ៖

1. ពិនិត្យ maximum capacity per booking។
2. ពិនិត្យ booking limitation type និង time limitation។
3. បញ្ជាក់ថា Customer ID ឬ room number ត្រូវបានប្រមូល ប្រសិនបើប្រើសម្រាប់ limits។
4. សាកល្បង guest flow ម្តងទៀត។
