Create DM Logs and Track Follow-Ups
DM Log records shift notes, incidents, guest issues, and follow-up items for handover.
Quick Reference

Before You Start
- Categories should be configured.
- Duty managers should know the property's handover standard.
- Follow-up owners should be active staff or teams.
Create a DM Log Entry
- Go to HOME -> Duty Manager Log.
- Create a new log entry.
- Select the category.
- Add the summary, details, guest or room reference, and any attachments if available.
- Add follow-up owner and due time if action is needed.
- Save the log entry.
Track Follow-Up
- Open the DM Log list.
- Filter by open follow-up items.
- Review owner, due time, and notes.
- Update the follow-up status when action is complete.
- Add handover notes if the item continues into the next shift.
Troubleshooting
Follow-up item is missing
What you see: A handover item was expected but cannot be found.
Do this:
- Clear category and status filters.
- Check the date range.
- Search by room, guest, owner, or keyword.
- Confirm the log was saved in the correct property.
