Review Logs and Export Orders
Catalogue V3 exports help managers review order data outside the order list. Catalogue activity logs help support and managers investigate configuration changes, staff actions, and unexpected catalogue behavior.

Export Orders
- Go to Catalogue V3 -> Orders.
- Set the date range and catalogue filters.
- Confirm the order list shows the expected records.
- Use the export action.
- Open the exported file and confirm it includes the expected period and catalogue.
- Share the export only according to the property's data policy.
If the export is empty, return to the order list and confirm records exist with the same filters.
Review Catalogue Activity Logs
- Go to Catalogue V3 -> Logs.
- Select the date range.
- Search by user, location, language, description, catalogue, or relevant keyword where available.
- Review pagination if the expected log is older.
- Open or compare the affected catalogue, item, or order when needed.
- Escalate with the log timestamp, user, description, and affected record.
Troubleshooting
Export is missing orders
What you see: The exported file does not include expected orders.
Do this:
- Confirm the orders appear in the order list.
- Check date range, catalogue filter, status filter, and search text.
- Clear filters and export again if needed.
- Compare the export period with the operation period being reviewed.
Activity log is missing
What you see: Managers expected to find a change in Catalogue V3 logs, but it is not visible.
Do this:
- Clear search text and filters.
- Check date range and pagination.
- Search by user, location, language, or a shorter description keyword.
- Confirm the change happened in Catalogue V3 rather than HOME or another module.
